As she was starting IAS Marketing Services) at the corner desk in her bedroom, Tina Darling (Founder & CEO) never imagined it would turn into something like this. They recently marked their 20th year in business. With seven full-time employees and Sales Reps on the East Coast and in Las Vegas, they are able to successfully serve over 10,000 clients with all forms of marketing.
Starting with only the Realtor® email blasts, their list of services has grown as the demands have grown. “We add services based on the demands of the industry,” says Tina Darling, Founder, “If two or three customers ask for a service, it’s clearly a need so we start figuring out how we can make it happen. We’re not the type of business to say no.” Their services now extend to full-service printing, graphic design, websites, social media, direct mail services, eblasts, promo and apparel items, and more.
They are very involved and support the local community. For instance, they are longstanding Business Partners of the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee. They are also members of the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce, and a Major Sponsor of the Pinellas Realtor Organization. Outside of serving on boards and committees, they also like to make sure everyone at IAS is able to give back to the community. They find opportunities for their team to get involved by participating in any fundraisers that the organizations are hosting as well as toy drives and quarterly nonprofit fundraisers and drives. Tina Darling is a Founding Member and Ambassador of Impact100 SRQ and has a passion for the work the organization does to give back to the local community.
As they launch into 2023, they plan to continue on the same path while expanding exponentially. “In looking back over the last 20 years I am just blown away by what we have accomplished,” says Tina Darling, Founder & CEO of IAS Marketing Services, “I never intended for it to get this big but we are just thrilled with the success we have experienced! We have a phenomenal team put together that focuses on customer service, quality, and turnaround time. Looking ahead to 2023 and beyond finds us making plans to develop new services, offer additional products, and partner with some great vendors for buying power which will help us keep our prices low.
